Business has always been part of life for our founder, Ruth.

From growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, where her father, uncles, cousins and older brothers all ran businesses, to collaborating on a business with her older sister while at college, Ruth learned all about the unique dynamics that exist within family-run businesses.

Having spent many years working in corporate finance, Ruth decided to combine her professional experience with the lessons she’d learned growing up in an entrepreneurial family. So RMC Accountants was born, a practice focused on helping business owners create sustainable businesses that support family life.
